小型设备橡胶减震垫以耐油橡胶为弹性材料经硫化模压成型，其波浪状表面可降低隔振垫垂向刚度，隔振垫基本块尺寸为84x84x20(mm)该系列产品由一种规格尺寸，三种橡胶硬度隔振垫组成，承载范围从0.2KN~6KN。为提高隔振效果，可多层隔振垫串联使用，并各层之间以金属薄板(3mm)隔开，n层串联隔振垫总刚度为单层的1/n倍，考虑到垂向稳定性，串联后隔振垫的总高度不应超过隔振垫的宽度，当被隔振体较轻时，可将隔振分割成1/2块使用，分割后隔振垫承载能力及刚度也为原来的1/2倍，分割后的隔振垫也可再串联使用。

The total rigidity of n layers of cushion are 1/n that of a single layer.When the isolated object is relatively lighter, you can cut it into 2 pieces.The rigidity is 1/2 that of the original one. The separated isolating cushion can also be used in series.

小型设备橡胶减震垫采用优质橡胶为材料，有圆形凹陷镂空、剪切瓦楞形。一般以剪切形受力为主，具有固有频率低、结构简单、使用方便。为了提高减振效果可将减振垫适合二层、三层、四层串联使用。适用于水泵、风机、压缩机、冷水机组、柴油机组等机械设备消除减振。
